Leiper's Fork is one of the most beautiful places we work — rolling pasture, creek-cut bottoms, hardwood ridges, equestrian estates, and long winding back roads. It's also a place our family has known well for generations.
We clear overgrown pasture and fence lines, mulch dense brush along creek banks and trails, take down big trees safely around homes and barns, and grade and drain ground for new barns, riding rings, and homesites. We come equipped for big rural jobs and we work cleanly around livestock, fencing, and the kind of mature landscape Leiper's Fork is known for.
Whether you're an established estate or a newer landowner getting your acreage in shape, we're a short drive away from our Franklin base and quick to come give you an honest quote.
Family Roots in Leiper's Fork
Fifty Years of Friendship & Land Work
Dr. Jon Warren, DVM, and his wife Nina have known the Claiborne family since the 1970s, when Jon became the farm vet for the McDonald Thoroughbred Farm where Shawn grew up. That working friendship turned into a lifelong one.
For more than thirty years, Shawn and his father James serviced tractors, cut trees, repaired waterlines, and handled whatever else came up on the Warrens' Leiper's Fork farm. One of Shawn's favorite teenage rituals: stopping at Puckett's for a tenderloin, egg, and cheese biscuit before heading out to a day's work at the Warrens'. Some traditions are worth keeping.
Leiper's Fork is also Claiborne country in its own right. Uncles, aunts, cousins, and kin from further down the family line have lived out here over the years — so when we drive these back roads, we're driving past family history.
Today we're proud to keep working the same land. Mowing creek banks with our excavator, clearing trails with our forestry mulcher, making a beautiful place even better — that kind of work, on this kind of ground, never stops being satisfying.
