Land Clearing in Franklin, TN
Lot clearing and brush removal that turns overgrown, unusable acreage into open, workable land.
What's Involved
Land Clearing, Done Right
Overgrown land has potential — you just can't see it yet. We clear lots, fence lines, and acreage of brush, scrub, saplings, and unwanted trees so you can build, farm, graze, or finally use the property the way you want.
Depending on the lot, we'll combine our equipment to knock down brush, remove trees, and grub out roots, then haul off or mulch the debris. We're careful about what stays — mature trees you want to keep, drainage, and property lines.
From a half-acre homesite to multiple acres of rough ground, we'll walk it with you, give you a per-acre range, and get it done.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends heavily on density. Light brush might run $1,500–$3,000 an acre, while heavy timber with stump grubbing can reach $6,000–$12,000+. We give a firm per-acre price after walking the property.
Either. We can haul material off, chip and mulch it on site, or burn it where permitted. We'll talk through the cheapest option for your job.

Clearing gets it open and workable. If you need a finished building pad, our site preparation service handles grading and compaction as the next step.
Sometimes, depending on your county and whether wetlands or drainage are involved. We'll flag anything we notice, but the permit is ultimately the property owner's responsibility.
A typical residential lot is one to a few days. Larger acreage depends on density and access — we'll give you a realistic timeline up front.
