Why We Started
Built on Real Work and Respect
Claiborne Services started the way a lot of good things do — with a family that wasn't afraid of hard work and got tired of seeing people overpromised and underserved. We're based in Franklin, but our roots and our customers spread across the Franklin area.
We built this company on a few simple ideas: charge a fair price, do exactly what we say we'll do, and treat every property like it belongs to someone we care about. When you call us, you're talking to the people who actually show up and do the work — not a call center.
Being full-service matters to us because it matters to you. Most companies make you hire one crew to take down trees, another to clear the lot, and a third to grade and dig. We do all of it. That means one point of contact, one schedule, and one crew that already knows your property.
We're licensed, insured, and proud to serve neighbors across the Franklin area. Big job or small, we'll give you an honest answer and a fair price.

The work is done by an experienced crew that takes pride in doing it right — not a rotating cast of subcontractors. We speak English and Spanish, so communication is never a barrier.
We bring the right machine for the job: excavators, skid steers, mini skid steers, dozers, forestry mulching heads, stump grinders, dump trailers, and lightweight self-propelled lifts. No oversized rigs tearing up your yard, and no undersized equipment dragging the job out.

The Story Behind Our Logo
Meet CEO Bruno
Every business needs a logo, and for a while we didn't have one we loved. We went through several designs — clean fonts, generic trees, the usual look-alike logos every tree service company seems to end up with. None of them felt like us.
Then we looked across the room at Bruno.
Bruno is our brindle English Bulldog, and if you live in Dallas Downs you already know him. He's the neighborhood greeter, the front-porch supervisor, and an absolute character. So we took a photo of him, added a yellow hardhat, and put him to work as our official mascot.
He's been CEO Bruno ever since — and somehow it just fits. Family-owned, a little stubborn, friendly to everyone, and serious about the job.
